Michael Sweeney founded In Control Robotics Solutions after spending over 15 years in the industrial automation trenches—programming robots, commissioning cells, and troubleshooting production systems across multiple industries and platforms.
What sets Michael apart is his genuine multi-platform fluency. Unlike engineers who specialize in a single brand, Michael has deep working knowledge across Fanuc, KUKA, Yaskawa, Nachi, ABB, and Kawasaki systems. This breadth of experience allows him to approach each project with the best solution—not just the one he knows.
From automotive body shops to aerospace drilling systems, from vision-guided assembly to complex material handling, Michael has seen it all.
